Job Roles

Creating trackable and or assignable job roles gives a matrix to the individual to job aspect both for organizational as well as functional workload distribution (and security) within all programs or projects the organization might be implementing.  

Job Security Profiles

This module allows your implementation team to define the tagging and or definition of specific rights a user job role should have within your future state system’s operating model within the AMIGO platform is allowed access to certain data sets that might be sensitive or HR secure in nature. The specific nature of each job role will require specific security designations. This module gives the ability to define and assign accordingly. 

Stakeholder Groups

Defining and assigning individuals within select groups (stakeholder groups) that can be assigned access and or approval aspects of programs (financials), projects, or even deliverables. This will assist in communications that ensure that issues do not arise, disconnection doesn’t transpire, and the successful competition of goals and objectives are truly reached with the AMIGO platform. 

Work Streams

The workstream module is the defining bucket for the program level within AMIGO. With this designation, you can then associate workstream roles and role resources to the specific workstream within a specific project. Unparalleled organization of internal and external assets to keep accountability and efficiency to every program. 

Workstream Roles

Clarity of both work streams and the roles that are needed and desired within each stream (both program, project, or future state) is set within this module for the AMIGO platform to then allow for proper association and resource allocation to each program or project the organization decides to green light. 

Role Resources

This module within the AMIGO platform is what ties the workstream role to the resource (both internal or external) together. This is paramount in terms of knowing who is doing what, especially on an enterprise-level initiative, that directly associates within the RACI matrix that AMIGO proliferates. 

Solution Integrator

Setting up the solution integrator is similar to the stakeholder groups, in that it directly ties what external resource group is associated to what specific program, project, or deliverable. This ensures optics on what they were contracted for, against the milestones within the scope they presented and or the organization approved. 

Users

This is the area within the AMIGO platform that shows you the list of individual users within the platform, and their information provided at setup to their account(s).
