This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines unacceptable use of PLATINUM PMO, LLC (PPMO) AMIGO® Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), which interact with, or access, the Internet (the “Services”). This AUP is in addition to any other terms and conditions under which PPMO provides the Services to you. 

Questions about this AUP (e.g., whether any contemplated use is permitted) and reports of violations of this AUP should be directed to [email protected]. The examples listed in this AUP are not exhaustive. PPMO requires that all customers and other users of PPMO’s Services conduct themselves with respect for others. In particular, observe the following rules in your use of the Services. Prohibited uses and activities include, without limitation, any use of the Services in a manner that, in PPMO’s reasonable judgment, involves, facilitates, or attempts any of the following:


  • violating any law of, or committing conduct that is tortuous or unlawful in, any applicable jurisdiction;
  • harassing, threatening, or defaming any person or entity; contacting any person who has requested no further contact; or use of ethnic or religious slurs against any person or group;
  • violating the privacy rights of any person; collecting or disclosing any personal address, social security number, or other personally identifiable information without each holder’s written permission; or cooperating in or facilitating identity theft;
  • displaying, performing, sending, receiving or storing any content that is obscene, pornographic, lewd, lascivious, or excessively violent, regardless of whether the material or its dissemination is unlawful;
  • advocating or encouraging violence against any government, organization, group, individual or property, or providing instruction, information, or assistance in causing or carrying out such violence, regardless of whether such activity is unlawful;
  • accessing, sending, receiving, displaying, performing, disclosing, storing, or executing any content a) in violation of any copyright, right of publicity, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade secret or other intellectual property right, b) in violation of any applicable agreement, or c) without authorization;
  • deleting or altering author attributions, copyright notices, or trademark notices, unless expressly permitted in writing by the owner;
  • obtaining unauthorized access to any system, network, service, or account;
  • interfering with service to any user, site, account, system, or network by use of any program, script, command, or otherwise;
  • introducing or activating any viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses;
  • sending or posting unsolicited messages or e-mail, whether commercial or not, a) to any recipients who have requested that messages not be sent to them, or b) to a large number of recipients, including users, newsgroups, or bulletin boards, at one time;
  • evading spam filters, or sending or posting a message or e-mail with deceptive, absent, or forged header or sender identification information;
  • reverse engineer, decrypt, disassemble, decompile, merge or separate any software used to provide any of the Services (PPMO Software) (or any component(s) thereof), or otherwise attempt to obtain, determine or use any portion of the source code from which any component of any of the PPMO Software is compiled or interpreted, or any trade secrets with respect to any of the PPMO Software (or any component(s) thereof); or take any other actions to derive or attempt to derive a source code equivalent or substantially equivalent to the source code (or any portion of the source code) from which any component of any of the PPMO Software is compiled or interpreted;
  • holding PPMO or its affiliates up to public scorn or ridicule; and/or
  • reselling PPMO’s services, in whole or in part, to any entity or individual, without PPMO’s prior written consent, or misrepresenting your relationship with PPMO.

For every user account created in PPMO, the company provides the user’s first name, last name, and email address. No other personal information is collected or used by PPMO. Names are used to identify users within the system (e.g., content authors, for sharing, reporting, etc.). Email addresses are used as unique logins for each user as well as for sending email notifications. 


Violation of this AUP may lead to suspension or termination of the user’s account or legal action. In addition, the user may be required to pay for the costs of investigation and remedial action related to AUP violations. PPMO reserves the right to take any other remedial action it sees fit.


PPMO requests that anyone with information about a violation of this AUP report it via e-mail to the following address: [email protected]. Please provide the date and time (with time zone) of the violation and any identifying information regarding the violator, including e-mail or IP (Internet Protocol) address if available, as well as details of the violation.
